Mexican Colada

A creamy, tropical sipper that blends bright pineapple and coconut cream with a surprising coffee-kissed depth from Kahlúa. It’s sweet and smooth with a velvety mouthfeel and a touch of tequila warmth. Pale and frothy over crushed ice, it’s an easy dessert-style cocktail that’s fun to order or make at home.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Tequila
  • 0.25 oz Kahlúa® Coffee Liqueur
  • 2 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 0.25 oz Coconut Cream
  • 0.75 oz Cream

Instructions

  1. Add tequila, Kahlua® Coffee Liqueur, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and cream into a cocktail shaker filled with crushed ice.
  2. Shake vigorously until the mixture is well chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a large highball glass filled with fresh crushed ice.
  4. Serve immediately.
