Romance Cocktail

A dry, bitters-forward sipper that balances bright bitter orange notes with the herbal, vinous depth of two vermouths. Ingredients

  • 0.25 oz Brandy
  • 0.25 oz Curaçao Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Amer Picon® Bitter Orange Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz French Vermouth
  • 0.5 oz Italian Vermouth

Instructions

  1. Add brandy, Curacao orange liqueur, Amer Picon® orange bitters, French vermouth, and Italian vermouth into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and secure the lid tightly.
  3. Shake the mixture vigorously until chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
