Lorraine Cocktail

Bright cherry notes from kirsch meet the honeyed, herbal complexity of Bénédictine, all lifted by a tart squeeze of lime. It pours clear to slightly pale and feels brisk and boozy on the palate with a smooth herbal-sour balance. A concise, spirit-forward sipper worth trying if you like cherry brandy drinks with an herbal twist.

Ingredients

  • 1.75 oz Kirschwasser
  • 0.5 oz Bénédictine® Herbal Liqueur
  • 0.75 oz Lime Juice

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.
  2. Add Kirschwasser® Cherry Brandy, Benedictine Herbal Liqueur, and Lime Juice to the shaker.
  3. Shake the ingredients well until thoroughly mixed and chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass.
  5. Serve and enjoy the cocktail.
