Cabin Fever

A cozy dessert-style hot cocktail that blends velvety Irish cream with bright crème de menthe into rich hot chocolate, delivering a sweet mint-chocolate profile with creamy cocoa notes. Topped with whipped cream, chocolate shavings and a cherry, it looks indulgent and is an easy-to-enjoy warming nightcap or after-dinner treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Baileys® Original Irish Cream
  • 1 oz Crème de Menthe Verte Liqueur
  • 6 oz Hot Chocolate
  • 1 oz Whipped Cream

Instructions

  1. Combine Bailey's® Irish Cream and creme de menthe in a coffee mug. Stir gently to mix the flavors.
  2. Pour freshly prepared hot chocolate over the mixed ingredients until the mug is almost full.
  3. Top the drink with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
  4. If desired, garnish the drink with chocolate shavings and a maraschino cherry to enhance its presentation.
