Kappa Colada

A lighter, brandy-forward twist on a Piña Colada, the Kappa Colada combines warming brandy with silky coconut cream and bright pineapple juice. It looks pale, creamy yellow and is served over fresh ice with a soft, tropical aroma. Easy and approachable, it’s worth trying if you enjoy creamy, fruity cocktails with a subtle, warming spirit note.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Brandy
  • 1 oz Coconut Cream
  • 2 oz Pineapple Juice

Instructions

  1. Combine the brandy, cream of coconut, and pineapple juice in a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously until well chilled and blended.
  3. Strain the mixture into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice.
