Cheshire Cat

A bright, easy sipper that combines spiced rum's warm, cinnamon notes with sweet peach schnapps and fresh orange juice. It pours a sunny orange hue and tastes sweetly fruity with a subtle spice warmth, approachable and refreshing, great for casual gatherings or a summer pick-me-up.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Spiced Rum
  • 1 oz Peach Schnapps
  • 1 oz Orange Juice

Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
  2. Pour 1 oz of spiced rum into the shaker.
  3. Add 1 oz of peach schnapps to the shaker.
  4. Pour 1 oz of orange juice into the shaker.
  5. Shake the mixture well until chilled.
  6. Strain the cocktail into a white wine glass over fresh ice.
