Ingredients

• 3 oz Pineapple Juice
• 0.75 oz Coconut Cream
• 1.5 oz White Rum
• 0.5 tsp Cream

Instructions

1. Combine the pineapple juice, coconut cream, and white rum in a shaker.
2. Add the cream using a barspoon.
3. Shake the mixture vigorously.
4. Strain the mixture into a highball glass that is half-filled with crushed ice.
5. Garnish with a pineapple chunk and an amarelle cherry.
6. Serve immediately.
