The Phantom

Silky and sweet, The Phantom blends the warm vanilla-citrus character of Licor 43 with neutral vodka and creamy milk for a pale, velvety highball. It looks like a milky, ivory long drink and tastes like a light, dessert-style sipper with vanilla and smooth dairy notes. Easy and approachable, it’s a great after-dinner or poolside choice and can be blended with ice cream for a richer summer milkshake variant.

Ingredients

  • 3 cl Licor 43® Liqueur
  • 3 cl Absolut® Vodka
  • Fill Milk

Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with many cubes of ice.
  2. Pour Licor 43® and Absolut® Vodka over the ice.
  3. Top up the glass with milk until full.
  4. Optional: In the summer, blend the drink with ice cream to make a delightful milkshake variant.
