Coffee Colada

A Coffee Colada is a velvety, sweet frozen cocktail that marries coconut and pineapple brightness with rich coffee liqueur and white rum. It pours pale tan and frothy into a pina colada glass, garnished with pineapple and a cherry—an indulgent, dessert-like tropical treat worth ordering for lovers of creamy, coffee-forward drinks.

Ingredients

  • 1.25 oz White Rum
  • 1.25 oz Kahlúa® Coffee Liqueur
  • 1.33 oz Coconut Cream
  • 3 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1 tsp Whipping Cream

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine white rum, Kahlua coffee liqueur, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and whipping cream.
  2. Add a glassful of crushed ice to the blender.
  3. Blend the mixture briefly until smooth.
  4. Pour the blended mixture into a pina colada glass.
  5. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a cherry on top.
  6. Insert straws and serve immediately.
