Ingredients
- 1.25 oz White Rum
- 1.25 oz Kahlúa® Coffee Liqueur
- 1.33 oz Coconut Cream
- 3 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 tsp Whipping Cream
Instructions
- In a blender, combine white rum, Kahlua coffee liqueur, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and whipping cream.
- Add a glassful of crushed ice to the blender.
- Blend the mixture briefly until smooth.
- Pour the blended mixture into a pina colada glass.
- Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a cherry on top.
- Insert straws and serve immediately.
