Escalator Martini

Ingredients

• 2 shots Pear Schnapps
• 1 shot Zubrowka® Vodka
• 4 pressed Apple Juice
• 1 dash Sugar Syrup

Instructions

1. Prepare a chilled cocktail glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water while preparing the drink.
2. In a cocktail shaker, combine pear schnapps, Zubrowka® vodka, sugar syrup, and pressed apple juice.
3. Add ice to the cocktail shaker to fill it halfway.
4. Shake the mixture vigorously until the shaker is cold to the touch.
5. Strain the mixture into the chilled cocktail glass.
6. Garnish the drink by placing a slice of pear on the rim of the glass.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy.
