Bright and tropical, the Jamaican Sunset blends spiced rum with orange and pineapple juices and sweet-and-sour for a sweet, tangy, citrus-forward sip accented by warm vanilla and spice from the rums. Served in a hurricane glass with a dark rum float and a colorful pineapple-orange-cherry skewer, it looks like a sunset and is a refreshing, crowd-pleasing poolside cocktail worth ordering or mixing at home.

Ingredients

1.25 oz Captain Morgan® Original Spiced Rum
0.5 oz Meyer's® Dark Rum
1.5 oz Orange Juice
1.5 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Sour Mix

Instructions

Fill a Hurricane glass with ice.
Pour Captain Morgan® Rum, orange juice, pineapple juice, and sweet and sour mix into a cocktail shaker.
Shake the mixture vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
Strain the mixture into the ice-filled Hurricane glass.
Gently float Meyers® Rum on top of the drink.
Garnish with a pinwheel of pineapple, orange, and cherry skewered together.
