A bright, fruity cocktail that balances the vegetal bite of blanco tequila with sweet-tart pomegranate and sunny pineapple. Ingredients

  • 2 oz 1800® Blanco Tequila
  • 1 oz Pama® Pomegranate Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Pineapple Juice

Instructions

  1. Combine the 1800® Silver Tequila, PAMA® Pomegranate Liqueur, and pineapple juice in a tall mixing glass.
  2. Add ice to the glass and shake the mixture vigorously to chill the ingredients.
  3. Strain the cocktail into a martini glass that is rimmed with sugar.
