Ingredients

• 2 oz Scotch
• Fill Ginger Ale

Instructions

1. Peel the entire lemon to create a long spiral of zest.
2. Drape one end of the lemon peel over the rim of a Collins glass.
3. Add ice cubes to the glass, ensuring the lemon peel remains hanging on the edge.
4. Pour the Scotch whisky over the ice cubes in the glass.
5. Top the drink with ginger ale, filling the glass to the rim.
6. Stir the mixture gently to combine the flavors evenly.
7. Serve the drink immediately, garnished with the lemon peel.
