A bright, pineapple-forward cocktail with a zesty lime lift and a clean blanco tequila backbone. Pale and tropical in appearance, it’s shaken and served well-chilled in a cocktail glass, an easy, refreshing sipper when you want something fruity and uncomplicated.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Tequila Blanco
  • 0.25 oz Lime Juice
  • 3 oz Pineapple Juice

Instructions

  1. Combine white tequila, lime juice, and pineapple juice in a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Seal the shaker and shake vigorously until well chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
