Kiwi Colada

Bright, tropical and slightly dessert-like: creamy coconut and pineapple meld with sweet melon liqueur while fresh kiwi adds a tangy, seedy texture and green hue. It pours silky and pale green with a frothy top, making it an easy, crowd-pleasing sip. Try it if you want a playful, fruity twist on a colada that’s both refreshing and indulgent.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Light Rum
  • 1.5 oz Midori® Melon Liqueur
  • 2 oz Coconut Cream
  • 2 Kiwi
  • 0.25 cup Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz Whipping Cream

Instructions

  1. Combine all liquid ingredients in a blender.
  2. Peel the kiwis and add them into the blender.
  3. Blend the mixture until it's smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the drink into a highball glass.
