A velvety layered shooter that balances almond sweetness, creamy Irish cream and the warm fruitiness of Cognac. Visually striking with three distinct tiers, dark amaretto base, pale Baileys middle and amber Cognac top, it's a quick dessert-style, boozy shot worth ordering for its flavor contrast and presentation.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 part Amaretto Liqueur
  • 1/3 part Baileys® Original Irish Cream
  • 1/3 part Cognac

Instructions

  1. Begin by taking a clean shot glass.
  2. Pour one part of Amaretto into the shot glass carefully.
  3. Next, gently layer one part of Bailey's® Irish Cream over the Amaretto using the back of a spoon.
  4. Finally, layer one part of Cognac over the Bailey's® Irish Cream using the same technique.
  5. Ensure each layer is distinctly visible before serving.
