Bellini

Bright, bubbly and distinctly peach-forward, the Bellini balances pureed ripe peach with the crisp, dry sparkle of Prosecco for a light, fruity sip. It pours a delicate pale pink-orange into a flute with a gentle froth on top, making it visually appealing and effortlessly festive. Ideal for brunch or celebrations, it’s an easy, crowd-pleasing cocktail that showcases fresh fruit.

Ingredients

  • 100 ml Prosecco
  • 50 ml Peach Puree

Instructions

  1. Pour peach puree into the mixing glass with ice, add the Prosecco wine. Stir gently and pour in a chilled flute glass. NOTE: Puccini – Fresh Mandarin Orange Juice; Rossini – Fresh Strawberry Puree; Tintoretto –  Fresh Pomegranate Juice.
