Mexicola

A fizzy, easy-going highball where sweet cola cushions the agave bite of tequila while fresh lime cuts through with bright citrus. Visually it's a dark, effervescent pour over ice with a lively lime note, simple and immediately approachable. Worth trying if you want a refreshing, low-effort cocktail that balances sweetness and tang in one tall glass.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Tequila
  • 0.5 Juice Lime Juice
  • Fill Coca-Cola®

Instructions

  1. Add tequila to a collins glass filled with ice cubes.
  2. Squeeze the juice of half a lime into the glass.
  3. Fill the rest of the glass with Coca-Cola®.
  4. Stir gently to mix the ingredients.
  5. Serve immediately.
