Lemon Twist

Bright, zesty and clean. The Lemon Twist is a citrus-forward vodka martini: crisp Absolut Citron with a whisper of dry vermouth and a fragrant lemon oil finish. It pours pale and elegant into a chilled cocktail glass and is worth trying if you like spirited, refreshing drinks that highlight lemon without added sweetness.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz Absolut® Citron Vodka
  • 0.5 oz Dry Vermouth

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with cracked ice.
  2. Add Absolut® Citron Vodka and dry vermouth to the shaker.
  3. Vigorously shake the mixture to chill the ingredients.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish the drink with a lemon twist before serving.
