Coco Cabana

A bright, tropical sipper that blends creamy coconut liqueur with sweet pineapple and a light white rum backbone. Pale, slightly creamy yellow and topped with a cherry and pineapple spear, it’s an easy, refreshing poolside drink for anyone who enjoys piña-colada flavors without a blender.

Ingredients

  • 4 cl Batida de Coco Liqueur
  • 2 cl White Rum
  • 8 cl Pineapple Juice

Instructions

  1. Pour Batida de Coco, white rum, and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes.
  2. Shake vigorously until well mixed and chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
  4. Garnish with a cherry and a pineapple piece on top of the drink.
