Ingredients: 45 ml Green Chartreuse Liqueur; 30 ml Pineapple Juice; 22.5 ml Lime Juice; 15 ml Falernum

Green Chartreuse gets a rare turn as the base spirit here, and its 130 herbs land somewhere between pine, mint and honey. Pineapple and falernum meet it with tropical sweetness and clove while lime cuts through the middle. Swizzled over pebble ice until the glass frosts, it comes out bright green under a cap of mint and grated nutmeg. Herbal, cold and far more refreshing than the ingredient list suggests.

Ingredients

45 ml Green Chartreuse Liqueur
30 ml Pineapple Juice
22.5 ml Lime Juice
15 ml Falernum

Instructions

Pour all ingredients into a tall glass, add pebble ice. With the help of a swizzle stick (or cocktail spoon) mix vigorously, complete by filling the glass with more pebble ice.
