Avalon

Bright, lightly boozy highball that blends crisp apple juice and banana-sweet Pisang Ambon with a lemony lift and fizzy lemonade, pleasantly sweet and fruity with a tart edge. Visually pale golden with bubbles and a spiralled cucumber skin plus a cherry, it's an easy, refreshing summer sipper worth ordering or making at home.

Ingredients

  • 3 parts Finlandia® Vodka
  • 1 part Pisang Ambon® Liqueur
  • 6 parts Apple Juice
  • 1.5 part Lemon Juice
  • Fill Lemonade

Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour 3 parts of Finlandia® Vodka over the ice.
  3. Add 1 part of Pisang Ambon.
  4. Pour in 6 parts of apple juice.
  5. Add 1.5 parts of lemon juice.
  6. Top up the drink with lemonade.
  7. Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
  8. Garnish with a spiralled cucumber skin and a red cherry for an attractive presentation.
