Dark 'N' Stormy

Bright, spicy ginger beer and rich, molasses-y dark rum combine into a refreshing, effervescent highball with a warm spice bite and gentle sweetness. Visually striking when the rum layers or is poured over the ginger beer, it's a simple, crowd-pleasing drink worth ordering or making at home for its balance and ease.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Gosling's® Black Seal Rum
  • 8 oz Ginger Beer

Instructions

  1. Place some ice cubes into a glass of your choice.
  2. Pour Gosling's® Black Rum over the ice.
  3. Add ginger beer, filling the glass to the desired level.
  4. Use a spoon to gently stir and combine the ingredients thoroughly.
  5. Serve and enjoy your Dark and Stormy.
