Saucy Sue Cocktail

Bright apple-brandy notes lead, with a small kiss of apricot sweetness and a lingering anise edge from the Pernod. Chilled and clear, it’s a spirit-forward, slightly sweet sipper that’s elegant and surprising. Worth trying if you enjoy boozy, complex cocktails that highlight fruit and herbaceous lift.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Apple Brandy
  • 0.5 tsp Apricot Brandy
  • 0.5 tsp Pernod®

Instructions

  1. Combine the Apple Brandy, Apricot Brandy, and Pernod in a mixing glass.
  2. Add ice to the mixing glass.
  3. Stir well to ensure a thorough mix of the spirits.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Serve immediately.
