Axelrod's Sweet Concoction

A bubbly, sweet sipper that pairs almond-rich amaretto with juicy peach schnapps and a touch of dry vermouth to keep it from becoming cloying. Served chilled and effervescent in a cocktail glass, it pours a pale amber with lively bubbles. An easy, dessert-like drink that feels light and approachable.

Ingredients

  • 1.67 oz Amaretto Liqueur
  • 1.67 oz Peach Schnapps
  • 0.75 oz Dry Vermouth
  • 4 oz Soda Water

Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Pour Amaretto, Peach schnapps, and Dry Vermouth into the shaker.
  3. Stir the mixture thoroughly until well combined and chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into a Cocktail Glass.
  5. Top off the drink with Club soda.
  6. Give a gentle stir to combine the ingredients.
  7. Serve immediately, allowing the effervescence of the club soda to enhance the flavors.
