Absolut Symphony

Bright and fruity with a pronounced strawberry sweetness balanced by tart lemon and citrus vodka; the grenadine deepens the color and flavor while Sprite adds a light, fizzy finish. Served in a hurricane glass with a strawberry on the rim, it looks invitingly pink and is an easy, refreshing long drink ideal for summer gatherings or parties.

Ingredients

  • 2 cl Absolut® Citron Vodka
  • 2 cl Strawberry Liqueur
  • 4 cl Lemon Juice
  • 1 cl Grenadine
  • 12 cl Sprite®

Instructions

  1. Combine Absolut Citron Vodka, Strawberry liqueur, lemon juice, and grenadine in a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake well until chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a Hurricane Glass.
  4. Top off with Sprite.
  5. Garnish with a strawberry on the rim of the glass.
