Ice Cream Genius

A creamy, dessert-like cocktail that tastes like an almond orange creamsicle, rich vanilla ice cream and sweet amaretto balanced by bright orange juice. It pours a pale peach-beige with a velvety, milkshake texture and is an easy, crowd-pleasing after-dinner or party treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Amaretto Liqueur
  • 0.5 cup Orange Juice
  • 0.5 cup Vanilla Ice Cream

Instructions

  1. Combine Amaretto, orange juice, and vanilla ice-cream in a blender.
  2. Blend until all ingredients are well mixed and smooth.
  3. Carefully pour the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
