Harvard Cooler

Breezy and slightly sweet with clear apple-brandy fruitiness brightened by lemon and orange; the powdered sugar softens the edge while carbonated water gives it a lively fizz. Served pale and sparkling in a tall Collins glass with an orange spiral and lemon twist, it’s a light, refreshing cooler that’s easy to make and pleasant for warm-weather sipping.

Ingredients

  • Fill Carbonated Water
  • 2 oz Apple Brandy
  • 0.5 tsp Confectioners' Sugar
