Tropical Sunset

A breezy, coconut-forward long drink where sweet Malibu and bright orange meet the spicy fizz of ginger ale, finished with a tart splash of cranberry for balance. It pours a warm, sunset-pink hue in a mason jar and is a simple, crowd-pleasing refresher ideal for warm-weather sipping or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Malibu® Coconut Rum
  • 5 oz Ginger Ale
  • 1 oz Orange Juice
  • 0.5 oz Cranberry Juice

Instructions

  1. Pour Malibu® Coconut Rum over ice in a mason jar.
  2. Fill the glass nearly to the top with ginger ale.
  3. Add orange juice.
  4. Finish with a splash of cranberry juice.
  5. Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
  6. Optionally, garnish with a cherry on top.
