Bright raspberry sweetness and the dry, herbal backbone of vermouth meet lively Lambrusco bubbles for a lightly dry, fruity sip. Served frost-chilled in a flute it presents a pale pink-red effervescence, an easy, low-ABV aperitif that's refreshing for brunch or celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 oz Raspberry Liqueur
  • 1 oz Dry Vermouth
  • 3 oz Lambrusco

Instructions

  1. Chill a champagne flute in the freezer for a few minutes to frost it.
  2. Combine the raspberry liqueur and dry vermouth in a mixing glass.
  3. Add the Lambrusco® red wine to the mixture.
  4. Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
  5. Strain the mixture into the frosted champagne flute.
  6. Serve immediately without garnish.
