Apple Sunrise

A bright, fruity long drink that pairs orchard warmth from Calvados with sweet blackcurrant and fresh orange. It pours with a sunrise-like gradient, deep ruby at the bottom fading to golden orange, and is gently stirred into a smooth, approachable sipper. Great for brunch or warm afternoons when you want a simple, layered cocktail with personality.

Ingredients

  • 2 dashes Lemon Juice
  • 0.25 oz Crème de Cassis Liqueur
  • 1.25 oz Calvados
  • 2.75 oz Orange Juice

Instructions

  1. Begin by adding the lemon juice into a collins glass.
  2. Add the creme de cassis next and proceed to pour in the Calvados® brandy.
  3. Top it off with the orange juice to complete the mixture.
  4. Use a bar spoon to stir the drink gently but thoroughly.
  5. Once mixed, the drink is ready to serve immediately.
