Ingredients

• 2 oz Cognac
• 0.67 oz Whipping Cream
• 1 tsp Honey
• 1 oz Water

Instructions

1. Combine the honey and hot water in a small bowl and stir until the honey is fully dissolved. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
2. In a cocktail shaker, combine the cooled honey-water mixture, cognac, and whipping cream.
3. Shake thoroughly with ice until the mixture is well chilled and frothy.
4. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass, ensuring a smooth pour.
