Bright and bubbly, the Waverunner pairs zesty citron vodka and tangy sweet-and-sour with a drizzle of raspberry liqueur, then finishes with Champagne for lively effervescence. It tastes sweet and citrus-forward with a fruity raspberry note and a sugared rim that adds extra sweetness and visual sparkle. An easy celebratory sipper that works well for parties or poolside lounging.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Absolut® Citron Vodka
  • 1 oz Sour Mix
  • 2 tblsp Granulated Sugar
  • 0.5 oz Chambord® Black Raspberry Liqueur
  • Fill Champagne

Instructions

  1. Combine Absolut® Citron Vodka, sweet and sour mix, sugar, and Chambord Raspberry Liqueur in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake the mixture thoroughly.
  3. Strain into a cocktail glass rimmed with sugar.
  4. Fill the glass with champagne.
  5. Squeeze and drop a wedge of lemon into the drink for garnish.
