Irish Paddy

Velvety and sweet, this cocktail layers creamy Irish cream with chocolate and bright mint for a dessert-like sip that's smooth and indulgent. Served over ice with a York Peppermint Patty, it looks inviting with a pale cream-green hue and is perfect as an easy after-dinner treat or nightcap.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Baileys® Original Irish Cream
  • 1 oz Crème de Cacao Brun Liqueur
  • 1 oz Crème de Menthe Verte Liqueur

Instructions

  1. Pour the Bailey's® Irish Cream, creme de cacao, and green creme de menthe into a stainless steel shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake the mixture thoroughly until it is completely chilled.
  3. Strain the cocktail into a chilled Old-Fashioned glass filled with fresh ice.
  4. Garnish the drink with a York Peppermint Paddy on the side.
