Tropical and very sweet, the Teskinha layers coconut, mango and pineapple with a silky coconut cream and a touch of vanilla from the vodkas, finishing with clear boozy warmth from the rum blend. Pale and slightly creamy in appearance, garnished with pineapple, it’s an easy, crowd-pleasing summer sipper ideal for parties or poolside lounging.

Ingredients

3 oz Bacardi® Superior Rum
2 oz Malibu® Coconut Rum
2 oz Malibu® Mango Rum
1 oz Absolut® Vanilia Vodka
1 oz Absolut® Peach Vodka
1 oz Coconut Cream
1 oz Pineapple Juice

Instructions

Combine Bacardi® White Rum, Malibu® Coconut Rum, Malibu® Mango Rum, Absolut® Vanilia Vodka, Absolut® Peach Vodka, cream of coconut, and pineapple juice in a shaker.
Add one or two pieces of ice and shake vigorously for about 5 to 6 seconds.
Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with a piece of pineapple on the rim.
For an optional touch, add a light layer of chantilly over the pineapple piece.
Serve and enjoy your refreshing Teskinha cocktail.
