China Blue

Bright and visually striking, China Blue pairs grapefruit's tart bitterness with the floral sweetness of lychee and the sweet orange notes of blue curaçao. Served in a tall Collins glass over ice, it's a refreshing, easy-to-make, summer-ready sipper with a crisp citrus finish and an eye-catching turquoise hue.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Grapefruit Juice
  • 0.75 oz Lychee Liqueur
  • 1.25 oz Blue Curaçao Liqueur

Instructions

  1. Fill a collins glass almost to the top with ice.
  2. Pour grapefruit juice, lychee liqueur, and blue curacao liqueur over the ice.
  3. Stir gently until well mixed.
  4. Serve immediately, garnished with a wedge of grapefruit, lemon, or lime, and optionally add a cherry.
