Caribbean Blue Jello Shots

Ingredients

  • 6 oz Light Rum
  • 6 oz Jell-O® Berry Blue
  • 16 oz Water
  • 10 oz Water

Instructions

  1. Combine the Berry Blue Jell-O mix with boiling water in a bowl and stir until the powder is completely dissolved.
  2. Add the cold water and light rum to the jell-o mixture, stirring thoroughly to combine.
  3. Distribute the mixture evenly into shot glasses or paper cups.
  4. Refrigerate the shots until set and chilled, typically for several hours or overnight.
  5. Serve the jello shots when fully set.
