Island Toy

A bright, easy tropical highball where sweet pineapple and peach notes are lifted by a splash of lime and warmed by spiced rum. Pale golden and served over ice, it’s a light, refreshing sipper ideal for poolside or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Spiced Rum
  • 0.25 oz Peach Liqueur
  • 0.25 oz Lime Juice
  • 4 oz Pineapple Juice

Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add the spiced rum, peach liqueur, lime juice, and pineapple juice to the glass.
  3. Stir the mixture well until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Serve immediately.
