Green Sunset

Bright and tropical, it tastes of sweet melon and pineapple with a hint of coconut and a fizzy citrus lift from 7-Up and cranberry. Visually it shows a green-to-pink sunset effect topped with a pineapple wedge, making it a fun, refreshing choice for warm-weather sipping. Easy to build and crowd-pleasing, it’s perfect for casual gatherings or poolside hours.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Melon Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Coconut Rum
  • 0.5 oz 7Up®
  • 0.5 oz Cranberry Juice
  • 4.5 oz Pineapple Juice

Instructions

  1. Place ice cubes in a highball glass to chill the drink.
  2. Pour the coconut rum over the ice gently to begin the base of the drink.
  3. Add the melon liqueur on top of the rum, allowing it to blend slightly.
  4. Fill the glass almost to the top with pineapple juice, pouring carefully.
  5. Add a splash of cranberry juice for a touch of sweetness and color.
  6. Finish off the drink with a splash of 7-Up® soda for a refreshing fizz.
  7. Stir the drink gently to combine the flavors without diluting them.
  8. Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge for a tropical touch.
