Half & Half

A visually striking two-tone pint with dark, creamy Guinness sitting atop a pale, effervescent Harp lager. It tastes roasty and slightly bitter on top with a crisp, bready, lager finish beneath, an easy, refreshing contrast of textures and flavors that’s fun to order or pour at home.

Ingredients

  • 1 part Harp® Lager
  • 1 part Guinness® Stout

Instructions

  1. Start by taking a clean pint glass.
  2. Fill the pint glass halfway with Harp® Lager.
  3. Take a spoon and place it with the concave side down just above the surface of the beer.
  4. Slowly and carefully pour the Guinness® Stout over the spoon, allowing it to flow gently onto the layer of Harp, creating a distinct layer on top.
