Chambord Colada

A lush, fruity tropical cocktail that balances tart raspberry liqueur with bright pineapple and creamy coconut layered over white rum. It pours a deep pink to purple hue and finishes silky and sweet with tropical notes. Worth trying as an easy, dessert-like sipper for summer or poolside occasions.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Chambord® Black Raspberry Liqueur
  • 1.5 oz White Rum
  • 2 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 0.5 oz Coconut Cream

Instructions

  1. Pour Chambord raspberry liqueur into a highball glass.
  2. Add white rum into the glass.
  3. Pour pineapple juice over the liquors.
  4. Top with coconut cream.
  5. Stir the mixture vigorously.
  6. Serve the drink immediately.
