A bright, citrus-forward highball that pairs the warm, fruity depth of VSOP cognac and Mandarine Napoléon with a splash of vodka and fizzy bitter lemon soda. Served tall over crushed ice with an orange slice and cherry, it’s effervescent, lightly boozy, and an easy, refreshing choice for casual get-togethers or summer sipping.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz VSOP Cognac
  • 0.5 oz Vodka
  • 0.5 oz Mandarine Napoléon® Liqueur
  • 4 oz Sparkling Lemon Soda

Instructions

  1. Fill a collins glass three-quarters full with broken ice.
  2. Pour in the cognac, vodka, and Mandarine Napoleon® orange liqueur.
  3. Top with sparkling bitter lemon soda.
  4. Garnish with a slice of orange and a cherry.
  5. Add straws and serve immediately.
