- 90 ml Prosecco
- 60 ml Aperol® Aperitivo
- Soda Water
Instructions
- Build all ingredients into a wine glass filled with ice. Stir gently. NOTE: There are other versions of the Spritz that use Campari, Cynar or Select instead of Aperol.

Spritz
Prosecco, Aperol and a splash of soda over ice in a wine glass, which is the entire drink and the entire point. Bitter orange, low alcohol, endlessly refreshing, and impossible to make badly. Northern Italy drinks it before dinner and so should you. Swap the Aperol for Campari, Cynar or Select and it is still a Spritz, just a more bitter one.
