Cold Deck Cocktail

A compact, stirred brandy cocktail brightened by a whisper of white crème de menthe and balanced by sweet vermouth. It pours clear and slightly aromatic with a subtle mint lift over a warming, boozy base. Worth trying as a simple, slightly sweet after-dinner sipper with a cool herbal note.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 tsp Crème de Menthe Blanche Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 1 oz Brandy

Instructions

  1. Fill a mixing glass halfway with ice cubes.
  2. Add white creme de menthe, sweet vermouth, and brandy to the mixing glass.
  3. Stir the mixture well until chilled and combined.
  4. Strain the drink into a cocktail glass.
  5. Serve immediately.
