Corpse Reviver

A bracing, mint-forward digestif that pairs sweet white crème de menthe with the medicinal bitterness of Fernet and a warm brandy backbone. Pale and aromatic when chilled and served up, it's a bold, complex sipper worth ordering after dinner if you enjoy herbal, minty intensity.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Brandy
  • 0.5 oz Fernet Branca®
  • 1 oz Crème de Menthe Blanche Liqueur

Instructions

  1. Combine Brandy, Fernet Branca, and White Creme de Menthe in a mixing glass.
  2. Fill the mixing glass halfway with ice cubes.
  3. Stir the mixture thoroughly until well chilled.
  4. Strain the cocktail into a chilled cocktail glass.
