Ambrosia

Bright and citrus-driven, with orchard fruit notes from the Applejack and brandy, a touch of orange sweetness from triple sec, and lively Champagne bubbles. It pours pale golden over ice in a highball, topped with effervescence that lightens the spirit backbone. A refreshing, elegant aperitif for brunch or celebrations when you want something lively but still spirit-forward.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Laird's® Applejack Brandy
  • 1 oz Brandy
  • 1 dash Triple Sec Liqueur
  • 1 fruit Lemon Juice
  • Fill Champagne

Instructions

  1. Combine Applejack, Brandy, Triple sec, and juice of one Lemon in a shaker.
  2. Shake well to blend the ingredients.
  3. Pour the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice cubes.
  4. Top the glass with chilled Champagne.
  5. Stir the drink lightly to mix.
  6. Serve immediately.
