Baldini Blues

Bright blue from the curaçao and topped with sparkling prosecco, this flute cocktail looks festive and effervescent. It tastes citrus-forward and fruity, sweet orange liqueur and juice round out a clean vodka backbone, making it an easy, refreshing sip for brunch or celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Vodka
  • 0.5 oz Blue Curaçao Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Orange Juice
  • 3.5 oz Prosecco

Instructions

  1. Add vodka, blue curacao, and orange juice to a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice cubes.
  2. Shake the mixture vigorously until well-chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a champagne flute.
  4. Top off the drink with Prosecco® sparkling wine.
