Coconut Pod

A breezy, lightly sweet highball that pairs vanilla vodka with coconut rum and refreshing coconut water. It looks pale and slightly cloudy over ice, with soft coconut and vanilla aromas and a smooth, hydrating finish. Worth ordering or mixing at home when you want a simple, tropical low-ABV refresher.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Absolut® Vanilia Vodka
  • 0.75 oz Malibu® Coconut Rum
  • Fill Coconut Water

Instructions

  1. Start with a highball glass and fill it with ice cubes.
  2. Pour Absolut® Vanilla Vodka over the ice.
  3. Measure and add Malibu® Coconut Rum into the glass.
  4. Fill the remainder of the glass with coconut water, making sure it mixes well with the spirits.
  5. Gently stir the drink to combine all the flavors evenly.
  6. Serve immediately.
