Ingredients: 30 ml Havana Club® 7 Years Rum; 30 ml Havana Club® Añejo; 15 ml Amaretto; 5 ml Frangelico® Hazelnut Liqueur; 5 drops Luxardo® Maraschino Liqueur; 30 ml Passion Fruit Puree; 90 ml Pineapple Juice; 30 ml Lime Juice; 1 Ginger

A maximalist tiki build with two Havana Club rums under passion fruit, pineapple and lime, then amaretto, Frangelico and a few drops of maraschino layered in for nuttiness and a hint of stone fruit. Fresh ginger muddled at the bottom of the shaker gives it heat. Poured over pebble ice in a tiki mug under citrus and dehydrated pineapple, it is sweet, tropical and far more complex than it first tastes.

Ingredients

30 ml Havana Club® 7 Years Rum
30 ml Havana Club® Añejo
15 ml Amaretto
5 ml Frangelico® Hazelnut Liqueur
5 drops Luxardo® Maraschino Liqueur
30 ml Passion Fruit Puree
90 ml Pineapple Juice
30 ml Lime Juice
1 Ginger

Instructions

In a cocktail shaker muddle a thin slice of ginger. Pour all other ingredients. Shake vigorously with ice. Strain into a chilled Tiki glass filled with pebbled ice.
