A creamy, coffee-forward after-dinner drink where warm coffee and chocolatey crème de cacao meet the mellow caramel and oak of aged rum, finished with a silky float of heavy cream and a dusting of cinnamon. It looks inviting with a distinct cream layer topping dark coffee, and tastes like a boozy coffee-chocolate dessert, smooth, rich, and gently spiced. Worth trying if you enjoy indulgent, warming nightcaps that bridge cocktail and coffee.
